Lena Baidikova did my haircut, and she did it very well — exactly as I expected. I was very happy with the haircut itself. However, I also asked to fix my highlights, which had previously been done at Scarlett O Hair and were not bleached properly. The correction only involved one or two small sections in the front near my face, with no additional color applied, just a small bleach fix. I was charged $50 for this service, which I feel was not quite fair considering the original work had been done at the same salon.

I brought my daughter in for a cut and style and got a haircut myself. I could not be happier with the way her hair (and mine) turned out. All the staff are polite and extremely helpful with suggestions. I didn't get the name of my barber but he went the extra mile to even do the little things most others don't., and the stylist for my daughters hair was also great. Highly recommend and this will be my hair salon from now on! Thanks to all the staff!

My mom was absolutely thrilled after today’s visit to the salon. Oksana did an amazing job and gave her such a beautiful haircut. Got my hair dyed today by Viktoriia and I’m super happy with the way it turned out. Love the color and the hairstyle that she has created for me. Other ladies who work there were extremely friendly and cute too. Loved the atmosphere and would absolutely recommend this salon!

We always have a wonderful experience at Scarlett O’Hair! My baby was tired and fussy while I was getting my haircut. The receptionist was kind to distract him and play with him so I could relax and the stylist could finish cutting my hair.
