I’ve been attending classes here for the past few months, and my experience has been extremely positive. The classes are always adapted to my body’s needs and previous injuries, and I always feel safe and well looked after. The instructor is kind, highly knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. Pilates has become my peaceful hour each week—a chance to slow down, reconnect with myself, and escape the stress of everyday life. I’ve noticed improvements in my posture, my body feels much more relaxed, and even my mood has improved a lot. Highly Recommend!

Marie conducted the appointment with great professionalism. She went through the exercises that she had supplied me with to make sure that they were being executed properly. Marie then treated the injury by massaging out the area thoroughly. She also discussed my upcoming events to make sure that the injury wouldn't be overloaded with my workload.

Meg is an amazing trainer. I've trained with plenty of personal trainers and no one else has been as particular with correcting my form or quick in offering an alternative move if my form is lagging. Her knowledge, especially of rehabilitation post pregnancy, and understanding of returning to training with small children and broken sleep has completely changed my postpartum period for the better. I would 100% recommend Meg for nutrition and training guidance.
