El esmalte de uñas de gel es una laca hecha de monómeros y oligómeros acrílicos; el esmalte de goma laca es parte gel, parte esmalte de uñas regular y es una marca patentada por Creative Nail Design (CND). Ambos dan un alto brillo y un acabado duradero.

¿Cuál es la diferencia entre las uñas de gel y las de acrílico?

Las uñas de gel tienden a dar un acabado más natural y brillante que las uñas acrílicas; se curan bajo una lámpara UV y duran alrededor de 2 semanas. Las uñas acrílicas son más fuertes que los geles y comienzan a curarse tan pronto como se exponen al aire; generalmente duran de 6 a 8 semanas, pero necesitarán rellenos después de 2 semanas para ocultar el nuevo crecimiento. Ambos se pueden utilizar para alargar las uñas y ambos pueden dañar las uñas naturales.

¿Con qué frecuencia debo volver a hacerme las uñas de gel?

Una vez cada 2 semanas. Las uñas de gel curan (endurecen) con luz UV; esto significa que continúan curando con la luz solar natural. Cuanto más tiempo mantengas el esmalte puesto, más tiempo se curará y más difícil será quitarlo. Para reducir el riesgo de pelar y dañar las uñas, se recomienda que reserves con un técnico de uñas experimentado para quitar y rehacer tu esmalte de uñas de gel cada 2 semanas.
