I was very new to body contouring procedures and a bit nervous about my appointment when I got the hourglass package. Tyler was so friendly and very knowledgeable and informative about the treatment. The whole salon is very clean and has a lovely atmosphere. I was amazed to already see results in my first session.

Both Vida and Olga have done my nails and they have been perfect every time! ❤️ They never rush and put lots of care into getting my cuticles and shape just right. Both are super anttentive and happy to suggest the most flattering colours (they are always right)! It’s a lovely atmosphere in the salon too- I always feel welcome and I’m excited to try more treatments. Good BIAB and hard gel manicures are hard to find, so I’m very happy I found this salon as my regular spot!

My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. I had a consultation for my under-eye area and couldn't be happier with the experience. She was incredibly honest and advised that I didn't need under-eye filler, which really showed her integrity and expertise. Very professional, warm and welcoming venue. Went for lash removal that I had done (badly), elsewhere. These ladies know what they’re doing, but most importantly they listen to what their clients want. So pleased I found Lash London, already booked treatments for next month.

The best thing I did in 2025 was find Nurse Grace at Gracefill Aesthetics. I was looking for someone that offered a range of services and importantly, someone who was a medical professional. I was nervous going to the initial consultation but needn't have worried at all. I have had various treatments and Grace is one of the loveliest humans I've had the pleasure to meet & get to know. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind and will tell you honestly & realistically what is achievable. Her space is clean, comfortable and has a beautiful aesthetic. I would recommend Grace without hesitation.
