Her facial massage was incredible; I honestly left looking years younger, with brighter skin and feeling completely refreshed, just in time for the new academic year. The end of the holidays can feel a little depressing, but her magic hands truly lifted me. This hidden gem in Kensington Olympia deserves so much more recognition. Daiva is not only highly skilled but also a local mum, and I think it’s so important we support small local businesses like hers. I went for a long overdue massage and facial with the lovely Charis. The whole experience was wonderful, I felt like I was floating and very light. Charis is very experienced and has great passion for what she does and this is reflected in the treatments she gives. Charis took the time to explain some stuff to me, she has a wealth of knowledge. I left there with my next treatment booked and I am really looking forward to it, worth every penny. So if you are looking for some self care and pampering she is the lady for the job.

I had 2 treatments wood therapy massage and a facial. I was extremely impressed with both my treatments. I also had a treatment trial of acupuncture OMG i felt the difference immediately i would totally recommend acupuncture. I have a fear of needles but honestly didn't feel any of them. I am definitely booking the full acupuncture treatment also I'm gonna try the vaginal steaming. Charis has blessed hands the ambience, all top tier. Thank you again Charis I feel like a new person.

The lymphatic drainage massage at I had with Zora at London Lash Lounge was incredible! The therapist was so professional and made me feel completely at ease. The treatment was gentle yet powerful I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and deeply relaxed. If you’re looking to detox and recharge, this is the place to go!

Hands down the best facial I’ve ever had. It truly was a holistic experience. I usually find it hard to fully relax, but the cosy environment, soothing music, grounding scents, and Emily’s healing hands made it possible. My skin is still glowing hours later, and it’s so reassuring to know that only the best products were used. The highlights for me were the facial cupping, the gua sha, and the neck & shoulder massage (areas often overlooked in facials but so important!). Thank you, Emily, for such a wonderful treatment.
