Dr Zhao is a hidden gem. I was very impressed with the whole experience from the consultation period to my first acupuncture treatment. Dr Zhao was very thorough, she asked questions, took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained her assessment of my condition and treatment plan. There was no pressure to rebook or buy anything. I felt very comfortable and confident in her ability. I honestly wouldn't go to anyone else now that I have discovered her. I would recommend her 100%

Dr Zhao is a professional and experienced practitioner. She listened and explained, adequately. Will come back for further treatment. So far, at least 70% being better.

Dr Zhao was delightful - very knowledgeable and exceedingly caring, making sure to explain everything to me in detail as it was my first acupuncture. She’s a seasoned pro so the needles were painless and the experience relaxing.

Dr Baran, Musa, Farida are true professionals at the North Kensington/Ladbroke Clinic. I highly recommend them as you will receive treatments that work with amazing results and a first class service, they are very friendly and helpful, making you feel comfortable. I suffered from a number of conditions for many years and the improvement after a few sessions has made me very happy. THEY ARE MORE THEN GREAT.

Today I had my first acupuncture appointment with Dr. Xuejing Zhao. I was met by a very nice and friendly doctor. She is a very competent specialist in her profession. The doctor carefully listened to my problems and invited me to the treatment room. It is very clean, warm and cozy. Dr. Zhao treated me very carefully and I felt very comfortable here, I liked the acupuncture. I am very glad to have met this kind and qualified doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Zhao.

Fareeda is first class, one of the best, very skilled, highly experienced and such a lovely, kind, friendly lady, you will connect with her the first time you meet. It was my first-ever acupuncture appointment, and I’m so happy to say that Dr. Zhao is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I feel amazing — I came in with very strong upper neck pain, and I already feel so much better. I’ll definitely be coming back for more sessions. It’s absolutely worth the money!
