I love The Boutique, Lucy is so wonderful and welcoming and amazing at what she does. I also get my nails done with Chelsey who is a very talented nail tech and is just so lovely. A real gem in the heart of Knowle!

Always come in for a blowdry and am never disappointed. Always leave super happy. Gutted to hear Cody and the other girl That do my hair have left, hoping the replacements are just as friendly and good. Apprentice is also fab and so friendly. Love getting my hair done at Emava. Only observation, I am a very regular customer but never acknowledged or said hi to by the owner.

Hope is honestly amazing! She takes time to listen to exactly what you want, is also happy to advise and makes sure you’re 100% happy before starting. She’s also super friendly! I always walk away incredibly happy with my hair feeling so fresh and in great condition.

Had my colour done with Chloe today. She was excellent, very knowledgable and really listened to what I wanted, she suggested Olaplex to enhance the condition of my hair. My hair feels like silk, thank you very much very pleased.

At my first appt, Leanne went above and beyond, fitting me in at very short notice and coming in early to sort out an unhappy cut from another salon. She was welcoming, reassuring and made a fabulous job of cutting it back into a good shape👍 Back to Salon 100 today, & Hannah was equally welcoming, friendly and knowledgable, taking care to find out exactly the look I wanted. The result was great! ( as was the hot chocolate !) So delighted to have found this salon- it blends a lovely buzz of activity with fabulous professional and friendly staff. Thanks everyone😁

This was my second time visiting Lucy, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. She is incredibly professional yet so warm, friendly, and easy to talk to. From the moment you arrive, she makes you feel welcomed and truly cared for. Lucy goes above and beyond every time. She’s advised me on the right products for my hair and what to avoid, and her knowledge is matched by her genuine kindness. She has such a beautiful spirit, and I always leave feeling amazing.
