I love The Boutique, Lucy is so wonderful and welcoming and amazing at what she does. I also get my nails done with Chelsey who is a very talented nail tech and is just so lovely. A real gem in the heart of Knowle!

Always come in for a blowdry and am never disappointed. Always leave super happy. Gutted to hear Cody and the other girl That do my hair have left, hoping the replacements are just as friendly and good. Apprentice is also fab and so friendly. Love getting my hair done at Emava. Only observation, I am a very regular customer but never acknowledged or said hi to by the owner.

Hope is just wonderful. She is really patient with children, and makes them feel completely at ease. She also offered a little treat post haircut, and I was very jealous of her trear drawer!

Everything from the consultation to the final result was absolutely brilliant! The highlights look awesome- natural, fresh and so beautiful. The stylist was incredibly friendly, understood exactly what my daughter needed straight away and delivered it perfectly. A fantastic first highlights experience- highly recommended!

At my first appt, Leanne went above and beyond, fitting me in at very short notice and coming in early to sort out an unhappy cut from another salon. She was welcoming, reassuring and made a fabulous job of cutting it back into a good shape👍 Back to Salon 100 today, & Hannah was equally welcoming, friendly and knowledgable, taking care to find out exactly the look I wanted. The result was great! ( as was the hot chocolate !) So delighted to have found this salon- it blends a lovely buzz of activity with fabulous professional and friendly staff. Thanks everyone😁

Hayley is amazing. I was recommended to her after a couple of bad experiences at other salons, and she was incredibly knowledgeable. She really listened to what I wanted, made me feel welcome and relaxed, and I absolutely love my hair again!
