Such an amazing experience for my daughter’s first haircut (2 yrs old). I’ve actually been going there for over a year with my son. I’ve tried lots of places for kids cuts and this one is by far the best. Great staff, friendly, affordable and always walk away with a top quality haircut. It’s the only place I’ll take him to now - truly a hidden gem of a salon in Kingston.

Colleen did an amazing job, I love my curtain bangs and layers! She checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure she was doing what I wanted. She was also very friendly and inviting! I will definitely be coming back here and making this my go-to Kingston salon :)

Cass worked her magic again, if you’re looking for the perfect hard to achieve blonde, highly recommend Cassandra, I have super thin, fine graying hair and she manages to exceed my expectations every time. Don’t go anywhere else, HER is the best in Kingston and I’ve tried most of them ❤️

Every time I go to the refinery it immediately reduces any stress levels walking into the clam and welcoming oasis overlooking market square in downtown Kingston. Can’t top the experience they provide!

I had the best experience getting my lips done with Jess! From my very first consultation, she made me feel so comfortable and genuinely welcomed. Even after just the consultation, I knew this was a place I’d feel confident coming back to for years. When it came time for my appointment, Jess was kind, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions.
