I was a bit nervous for my first laser hair removal appointment (full legs) but from the moment I walked into the Cooper Clinic I was welcome and well taken care of. Sarah Brown walked me through the process before beginning my treatment allowing me to feel more comfortable and relaxed about the process. During she continually checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Such a wonderful experience! Cannot recommend enough!

The process was extremely painful, but she went above and beyond to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. She was so reassuring throughout, encouraging me every step of the way and making me feel confident in the process. Highly recommend her for anyone considering laser tattoo removal!

Thank you Shannon for a very comfortable microneedling treatment. The freshly picked flower was a lovely touch and the music/environment was perfect! Thank you for the reminders on how to care for my skin post-treatment... No hot yoga, no make-up, no SPF! I can't wait for my skin to be all healed up, healthy and glowy!

Stef was wonderful when I had my micro laser facial peel. She explained everything in detail so I knew what to expect during and after the procedure. She sent me home with the products to use and directions on how to use it. The appointment was a very positive experience because of her.
