Such a wonderful salon with caring and attentive people who really look after their customers and listen to their needs. My hair looks incredible, even better than the inspiration picture I first came in with! Areti did such an amazing job and made sure that I felt comfortable and was taken care of the whole time. Being pregnant, this was really appreciated! Not to mention I came in with box dye hair and Areti was able to save my hair and create a beautiful look for me. Mariah was also lovely, helping and looking after me as well! 💕

I have been coming here since 2022 and I loved my hair no matter what (colour, cut, style or updo). The vibes here are so good and authentic!! The owner is so sweet and caring! You truly get an individualised experience. Definitely recommend it!

I had my haircut and colour done today at the newly opened Kroz Hair Salon, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Kristy did a fantastic job with both my haircut and colour, and Sue assisted with my colour. They were both friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Their kindness and excellent service truly reflected their professionalism. The salon is clean, modern, and welcoming. I also appreciated the helpful advice on caring for my hair. Isabella has been colouring and styling my hair for several months now. When I arrived at her salon, my hair was porous, sensitive and damaged from years of excessive bleaching. My hair has been transformed in both colour and texture. It is looking much healthier, it has grown considerably and the colour is beautiful and easy to maintain. My experience at Hair Valley was absolutely phenomenal. The best hairdressing experience since I've moved to Sydney. Cathy was amazing at knowing exactly what I wanted and delivering it - I left the salon with a wide grin on my face. I had had an extremely busy and stressful week at work and I was made to feel comfortable, and I didn't feel the pressure to talk or chit chat. Cathy was welcoming and warm, along with the other women in the salon.

Bec is amazing! She’s been doing my hair for years now and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She always gets the colour and cut spot on and just knows what works. Super easy to talk to and I always leave feeling fresh and happy. Such a beautiful salon space. Highly recommend!

Outstanding as always! This time I had Moriah colour & wash my hair. Her thoroughness and attention to detail making sure my colour was on neatly and evenly was perfect. The wash was an experience that I didn’t want to end. Her gentle but yet firm massage through my head was relaxing to say the least! Then a trim and blow dry from the master herself Suzanna left me walking out of The salon fresh and relaxed! Be sure to book your appointment you won’t regret it🙌
