Taking a chance on Zen Japanese Massage Health Hub (Level 2, Room 203) proved to be a wise decision. I now have a go-to spot for treatment in Sydney. I booked a session with Hugo, he managed to hit all my sore spots, offering significant relief! Hugo's personalized approach and evident expertise made this session a valuable.

I happened upon Cosmic Rose when on a weekend away in Newport. I don't live in the area, but Miss Rose's kahuna body work is so wonderful I travel across Sydney to pay her healing hands a visit. She is awesome!

Usually I go for a wet float tank, but I was unable to do today due a recent hair colouring appointment. Christian was great with providing an introduction to the dry float (which was ok, but not for me) and the oxygen chair (which is AMAZING!!) I will definitely be back for the wet float tank and the oxygen chair. I am keen to try out some of the services too!
