My hairdresser (Nanami san ) was polite, mannerism for customer service was efficient. She gave me some advice if I do hair colouring at home and explained to me importance of nourishment of my hair. Also, on leaving, she walked me to the door as appreciation. Both cutting and shampooing hair were excellent. Only minor thing was, if the hairdresser explained to me about shampooing before my haircut, the customer would be more assured. (Depends on the hairdresser, they do shampoo before or after haircut). However, overall, I am satisfied with Nanami san's haircut. Thank you.ななみさん、ありがとうございました。

I discussed my ideas for my hair with 2 stylists. One did my cut the other the colour. Both stylists ( Louisa and Joshua) explained exactly what we had planned. My appointment was on time. Louisa and Joshua were professional, friendly, very informative and great fun. They were able to give me advice about products for my hair without being pushy. I loved the final cut and colour would highly recommend this salon

Stunning colour as always. Very hard for my dark brown/ chestnut hair not to throw orange and he is the only hair dresser I have been with who can achieve this and still give me beauty shiny brown hair.

I was in Melbourne for the weekend before traveling to the US and really needed to get my roots touched up on a Sunday. I was able to get Ian appointment at the last minute. Jim was very professional and understanding of my objectives. He did an excellent job on the colour. He also trimmed and styled my hair. I will come back to the salon when I next in Melbourne and ask for Jim.

Jen is a magician! I honestly can’t recommend my hair Jen enough! She is absolutely amazing at what she does, especially when it comes to colour matching and blending extensions perfectly with your natural hair. Her expertise, attention to detail and knowledge are incredible. Jen takes the time to get the colour exactly right and makes the extensions look so natural and seamless.
