I spotted this salon while walking around the area a few days ago and booked an appointment to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! Haru had just moved to Melbourne from Hong Kong after working in Tokyo and Osaka. He was incredibly stylish, skilled, patient, and paid great attention to detail. He gave me a fantastic haircut and also took the time to show me how to style and maintain it at home. Highly recommended. Thanks, Haru!

I had a great hair colour and cut with Yuna at Two Birds Salon in Melbourne. She was gentle, kind, and very professional throughout the whole appointment. She took her time, was very careful, and made sure everything felt comfortable. I love my haircut and the colour turned out beautiful. Highly recommend Yuna if you are looking for someone you can trust with your hair.

I’ve been getting my hair done by Sumin for over a year, starting from when she was at another salon. She always gives honest advice on styles and colours and genuinely tries her best to achieve the most satisfying result. I’ve had so many compliments on my red-brown hair colour—random people at Melbourne Central and even on the train have stopped me to ask about it! I loved it so much I had it done twice. This time I went slightly darker and love it just as much. If you want a bubbly, skilled hair designer, Sumin is the one!

My hair stylist was very professional and great at listening to my needs. His highly skilled techniques plus the use of quality products resulted in a fantastic hair cut, blow wave and colour for under $200. I liked the way he also applied a complimentary hydrating hair product after rinsing the colour resulting silky smooth hair. I also loved the cappuccino even though it was served in a disposable cup. Excellent value for inner Melbourne.

Monia is a very talented and detailed and result oriented hairstylist. I moved to Melbourne and I am so happy I found her. She listens to what I desire and takes her time achieving that. She is precise with my cut, color and extensions, I love my hair each time I leave! I would highly recommend her for your next hair service.

Izzy is amazing. No one does my hair as well as her! She does my highlights so bright and blonde every time which exactly how I like it. I don’t even have to tell her what I want - she just knows which is so helpful. So reasonably priced as well which is so hard to find in Melbourne! Could not recommend Izzy enough 🫶🏼

They always conduct a consultation before every appointment even if you are a returning client and they really listen. The salon always has the most relaxing vibe and you never feel pushed from one person to another or left waiting for periods in time. Experiencing every service from colour to cut, a blow wave or a treatment the results is always the same, 5 star service and you leave feeling like a superstar. Evin is the best colourist I've tried in Melbourne and I've tried MANY. I like my blonde highlights to look natural and blended. Somehow many others have struggled with that, making it look streaky, bulky and old fashioned. Evon works strand by strand (almost literally), the amount of care and time she puts into it, it looks like I have natural sunkissed hair. People have even commented that they thought it was my own colour. It grows out so natural without harsh lines, again, because she perfects the colour of the highlight to best match my ash blonde hair and olive skin. It's truly art.

Jim gave me a beautiful haircut easy for me to maintain. He kept the (slightly below my shoulder) length of my hair just by freshening the bottom and then cut fringe around my face to eliminate the bothersome issue of the windy conditions in Melbourne blowing my hair against my eyes and lip gloss. His gentle demeanor is very calming . I appreciated that he patiently showed me how to style my hair on my own and suggested ways to keep my hair and scalp healthy! I was so pleased that I quickly booked another appointment for color and a blow dry finish. I felt I was in expert hands!

Was in Melbourne on holiday for a few days and walked into Barber on Collins and what an unreal experience. Osama cut my hair and it couldn’t have better. He was so professional and the service was exceptional, would highly recommend. Will definitely come back here for a haircut when I’m in Melbourne again. 10/10

My experience was wonderful. I'm from Brisbane & they could learn a lot from Devoue Hair. From the ear covers when dying hair to the lay down wash basins. I normally get drench in Brisbane when they wash out the colour. My hairstylist was extremely good and took all the care and attention when cutting my hair. Thank you Devoure Hair! When I'm in Melbourne again, I'll definitely be coming in. Jay 🤗
