Something you would never think would matter but is a truly fundamental part of having your hair done. Feeling exclusive in a space that is inclusive of everyone's individual style/personality. I truly enjoy meeting new people each time, getting to see so many different individual styles all in the one salon. No one likes a one style niche salon who only does the same thing day in day out and excludes those considered 'different' because its not their preference. I will come here whether my hair is bright green or simple brown because my hair type or colour doesn't define how I get treated.

I had a great experience with Echo Hair and beauty. I visited them before for hair cuts and was quite happy with the job so I decided to try Hair colour. I must say that this was my best experience ever in Adelaide so far. My stylist was Jocelyn and the color result was beautiful!! She did an excellent job…I also would like to mention that for me personally I love going to places where I feel comfortable, welcoming and those who offer more than just ordinary customer service . It’s small stuff but makes a huge difference. Thanks to Nanni and her team for their wonderful service

Absolutely best hairdresser I have been to in Adelaide. Renee is so lovely to chat to while always being professional and giving you some quiet time too. She really listens to what you like and don't like and honestly tells you what you can and can't achieve with your hair. Can highly recommend her.

Her ability to effectively communicate end result differences in client opinions with her extensive knowledge and experience is a really important factor in the experience you will have with her as your hairdresser. Jess is an absolute miracle worker. I came in feeling pretty average about my hair and walked out feeling like a completely new person. I have been colouring my hair myself and I wasn't happy with the result. A friend recommended Katherine at Heir Society. Making the appointment was an easy and pleasant experience. Katherine did a great job with my hair colour. We had such a lovely chat while she did my hair, which made me feel very relaxed. I am very happy with my hair and I will definitely see Katherine again.

Abbey was fantastic! I came into the salon with a colour correction challenge for Abbey, she gave me a very comprehensive consult, listened to everything I wanted and delivered! My sister and mum were visiting me in Adelaide. And I thought it could be nice to have a hair spa treatment. We all enjoyed our services and the experience. We don’t normally do things like that together. The team were all so kind and lovely to us and also each other.

Lou always does a brilliant job with my hair - absolutely love my latest colour and cut and beautiful products. Great at colours! I get subtle highlights that look really natural and my daughter gets a fun pastel colour. The salon is great at all types of cut and colour for all styles. The new salon is relaxing. All staff are super professional and have obviously undergone great training in people skills as well as being fantastic at their trade. Highly recommend!
