I had consultation about my skin concern which is acne scars, and Karen was telling me very detail what kind of treatments that I need to take and she also showed me some of the patients progress. It’s extremely impressed me about the results. Unfortunately, I can’t do my treatment at the same day as they are busy clinic. For sure, I will came back to do my treatment. Overall, It’s really good service. Thank you karen, you are a gun 👍

What a fabulous experience I've had on my two visits to Brows By LauraKate @ Vibe Hair By J&S. To me, the eyebrows are the most important feature of any face: sadly, my own have always been difficult to discern being a natural blonde who's now a mix of grey & white with shapeless, sparse eyebrows that I've hidden under my hair due to shame. LauraKate took great care in listening to my questions, offered sound advice about specific skin issues I have, then proposed a way to transform me from chronically disappointed to acutely, and intensely, rapt. LauraKate easily attracts 100 out of 💯

It was a beautiful experience - it was a lovely facial and skin feels amazing but also, as a restorative time to get out of my head - the therapist, environment, stillness and fragrance all contributed to me feeling totally relaxed.

Sarah was very warm and knowledgeable with treating my skin concerns. She explained what was happening to my skin and improvements to make in the future.

My facial today was amazing, Mary gave great advice on the best ways to improve my skin.

I had the best facial treatment with Ella, being a first timer I definitely was unsure of the process, however Ella was so calming and attentive. I felt at such ease and found it such a calming experience from start to finish as Ella walked through the treatment process. I can’t wait for future appointments, my skin feels so hydrated!
