I am delighted with my new eyebrows! I had been concerned that the shape or the colour might be too exaggerated or just not suit me, but Bronwyn explained the process in detail and let me view the proposed shape before continuing. She also checked that I was comfortable at all times. The procedure was not at all painful- in fact I nearly fell asleep and have not experienced any soreness in the two days since it was done. I had my top up for my eyebrows and the results. are absolutely stunning. Eve was so professional, kind, and clearly very talented. What impressed me most is how natural my brows look—perfectly shaped and beautifully blended to suit my face. The whole experience was calm and reassuring, and she explained everything clearly from start to finish. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for flawless, natural-looking brows and a lovely experience.

Just had my botox top up after 2 weeks. The initial result were amazing anyway ! The top up is free as it is included as part of your original treatment. The results are so good. I am so so happy with it. My forehead has smoothed out, the texture of the skin has improved and my asymmetrical eyebrow situation is under control now. Love you guys! Thank you so much xxx

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Carly is amazing! I love my nails they last so long and recently starting having my eyebrows waxing from having them threaded for 10 years. Carly took on board what I wanted and I love them also!

I had a great experience today at Bita. I came in with long curly hair and got a nice short cut with bangs. The hairdresser was lovely and also offered me coffee and a snack. I don't know much about hair but she taught me how to blow-dry it and what product to use to avoid fuzzy hair at the top. I also got eyebrows threaded, wasn't painful. Will come back!

Joanna is amazing ! I am so happy with my recent lash and eyebrow treatment! This was my third visit. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so relaxing and professional. Jo really listened to what I wanted and offered great advice and different look to try. My lashes look so good and last really well. As someone who never wears makeup and never does anything out of my norm I get anxious about having any kind of treatment that may change my usual appearance. I had my eyebrows shaped by Amelia today and came out very happy. She listened to what I wanted and consulted with me before doing anything drastic. I suffer from skin irritations and pain but Carly does it so quick I don't even notice it.i also get my Grey hair eyebrows done ( yes who would of thought age gave you grey eyebrows) she waxes,shapes and tints them and I come out feeling like a woman again.thank you and high recommended
