The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Lovely experience with Muryem for lashes yesterday. Not only was she ok with me arriving early she very kindly added on an eyebrow tidy up/threading since I’d forgotten to add it to my booking. I also saw some fantastic cut and colour customers there too.

I love visiting Ta Dah and Julia ! She takes so much pride in what she does, is extremely pasionate about what she does, and very particular about product she uses. This time I had a facial and brow tinting, facial was great and relaxing, my face was glowing after and always like my brows after! Thank you !!

Edina is so welcoming and does such a good job. I have been visiting perfect pear for the last 8 months and I would never go anywhere else. I have had some negative experiences in other places in Southampton, but never here. Appointments never run behind, staff are lovely and it’s clean and my wax is always perfect.

I'm very pleased with the service (eyebrows waxing and lash lift and tint) I received from Lorenza and I will definitely return. There's free parking (up to two hours) right outside the salon, which is very convenient. The booking process was very simple.

Booked in to have my hair dyed and cut: walked out with a typically wonderful cut, blow-dry and dye, plus eyebrows threaded and dyed too! Over the moon with all treatments - Yuksel really is a very attentive individual, one who knows her trade incredibly well. Never enough praise. Thanks.

Ive been going to melissa for brow waxes for nearly an year now and wouldn’t honestly go anywhere else. Ive also had gel nails done few times. She makes you feel completely at ease, chatty in the best way, and does a perfect job! I always leave with great brows and pretty nails!

Love my brows so much. Jess was so lovely and informative of what she was doing - I was really worried they would look too bushy but she listened to what I asked and made them perfect. I was worried they would be too dark but she assured me the tint would fade and I’m day 2 now and literally obsessed with the outcome. I had lip neutralisation and lip blushing done by Jasmine and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results! 💋✨ Jasmine is incredibly talented and professional. She took the time to explain the whole process, made me feel completely at ease, and carefully customized the treatment to suit my skin tone and desired look. The neutralisation worked amazingly to balance out the darker tones, and the final blush color came out so soft, natural, and beautiful. Highly recommend Jasmine to anyone considering lip neutralisation or lip blushing — she’s absolutely amazing! ❤️

Eyebrow Service Review, Marta I recently had my eyebrows done by Marta and I couldn't be happier with the result! From the moment I arrived, she was fully present and focused on me no distractions, just genuine care and attention. She made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process, taking time to listen to what I wanted and offering great advice based on my face shape. Julia is WONDERFUL!! This was my first visit to Ta-Dah and I will definitely be booking again. The private salon is welcoming and immaculate. Julia instantly put me at ease marking up my brows and explaining the best shape for my face. Her threading technique was so quick and gentle. Honestly my brows are the perfect shape now. Next, after a careful trim she used a combination of different waxes to give me an immaculately smooth Hollywood. Her attention to detail and her skill and care is absolutely fantastic. The best depilation treatment I have ever had. Thank you so much x

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!
