Gee is super friendly and puts you at ease from the get go but at the same time professional. Treatment room clean and comfortable and pretty in pink. The treatment itself for me personally was painless, yes it nips a bit but I wouldn't say it's painful. She took her time, advised what was best and the outcome is I'm a very very happy lady. Already looking to book my next treatment.

Vikki is absolutely lovely. She gives excellent advice and always takes the time to listen carefully to any concerns. She is highly professional, and I always feel completely safe in her hands, which is so important when it comes to facial treatments. There aren't many people I would trust to put needles in my face, but Vikki is incredibly reassuring and knowledgeable. She explains everything clearly, puts you at ease, and you can tell she genuinely knows what she's talking about. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering treatment. I had my first microneedling treatment at Cydney Cosmetics and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Rhea was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to carry out a detailed initial consultation, answered all my questions, and explained each step of the procedure clearly. Throughout the treatment, she checked in with me and ensured I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. Overall, my experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Cydney Cosmetics and Rhea!

Just finished my 4th microneedling session and will definitely be going back for more! The difference in my skin is so noticeable already. A massive thank you to Ellie, who has been amazing throughout all of my sessions, always going above and beyond with aftercare, listening to my skin concerns and giving me advice and suggestions on what treatments would best suit me. I had the Botox in my masseter jaw muscles to help with teeth clenching and grinding. Vikki was amazing at talking me through the treatment and how long it would take to work, she was even really helpful about possible top up but I havnt had to have that as it's been amazing!, it has really helped and is something I will be coming back to Vikki for more treatments when it's needed

I recently went back for a laser hair removal top-up after around 6–8 months since my last treatment.I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. Before laser, I had to wax every 2–4 weeks and was constantly dealing with ingrown hairs, stubble, shadowing, and irritated skin. It felt like I was always thinking ahead, making sure I was shaved before going out or attending an event. It was time-consuming, stressful.Now, it’s a completely different story. The results have been fantastic, my skin is smooth and hair free, I no longer have to think. Stress free getting ready-best investment yet!
