The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

First visit. Lorenza made me very welcome. Bubbly, chatty but not needing to talk constantly, happy with silence. Lovely pedicure and perfect gel. Excellent eyebrow shaping. Will definitely be going back to her again

I love visiting Ta Dah and Julia ! She takes so much pride in what she does, is extremely pasionate about what she does, and very particular about product she uses. This time I had a facial and brow tinting, facial was great and relaxing, my face was glowing after and always like my brows after! Thank you !!

Edina is so welcoming and does such a good job. I have been visiting perfect pear for the last 8 months and I would never go anywhere else. I have had some negative experiences in other places in Southampton, but never here. Appointments never run behind, staff are lovely and it’s clean and my wax is always perfect.

Ive been going to melissa for brow waxes for nearly an year now and wouldn’t honestly go anywhere else. Ive also had gel nails done few times. She makes you feel completely at ease, chatty in the best way, and does a perfect job! I always leave with great brows and pretty nails!

I had my top up for my eyebrows and the results. are absolutely stunning. Eve was so professional, kind, and clearly very talented. What impressed me most is how natural my brows look—perfectly shaped and beautifully blended to suit my face. The whole experience was calm and reassuring, and she explained everything clearly from start to finish. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for flawless, natural-looking brows and a lovely experience.

Joanna is amazing ! I am so happy with my recent lash and eyebrow treatment! This was my third visit. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so relaxing and professional. Jo really listened to what I wanted and offered great advice and different look to try. My lashes look so good and last really well. Eyebrow Service Review, Marta I recently had my eyebrows done by Marta and I couldn't be happier with the result! From the moment I arrived, she was fully present and focused on me no distractions, just genuine care and attention. She made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process, taking time to listen to what I wanted and offering great advice based on my face shape. The work itself was brilliant my brows look perfectly shaped, natural, and exactly how I'd hoped they would. I've already had so many compliments on them! Would absolutely recommend Marta.

Julia is WONDERFUL!! This was my first visit to Ta-Dah and I will definitely be booking again. The private salon is welcoming and immaculate. Julia instantly put me at ease marking up my brows and explaining the best shape for my face. Her threading technique was so quick and gentle. Honestly my brows are the perfect shape now. Next, after a careful trim she used a combination of different waxes to give me an immaculately smooth Hollywood. Her attention to detail and her skill and care is absolutely fantastic. The best depilation treatment I have ever had. Thank you so much x

I had hair stroke brows done by Bronwyn today & the whole process was just perfect. I debated getting my brows done for years but I was anxious after years of over plucking, I’m glad I waited to find Bronwyn. She talked me through the process & was patient & kind, understanding of my under-confidence due to my brows. Bronwyn is a skilled professional & I’m amazed at the results. She took the time to talk to me about what my natural brow shape should look like & spent a long time making sure I was happy before she began, they look so natural & realistic! Thank you!

Jordana is honestly the best. I never tend to return to the same place but ive been going here consistently for over a year now and will happily continue to travel to Southampton for this. The facials are great, I feel I'm actually getting my money's worth rather than paying someone £££ to apply some cream to my face - my skin has improved lots with Jordana and she gives great advice. The travel stories and the laughs are also a massive bonus!
