Just had my first eyebrow waxing appointment with Ina. She was very professional and welcoming. After numerous failed appointments with other establishments, I expressed my concerns with Ina. She immediately made me feel at ease explaining she will map out my brows and show me during the process which I appreciated very much. Assured me if something was off, I could change it if needed. At the end of my appointment I looked into the mirror and adored my eyebrows. Ina listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered it with precision and professionalism. Cannot recommend her enough!!

I highly recommend this place! I had both a Swedish massage and eyebrow shaping&tinting done by Sasha, and I am very happy with the service. Sasha was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The massage was excellent: firm, well-balanced, and she really worked through all the right areas with care and attention. For my eyebrows, she was just as great. Sasha was very gentle and precise, and took the time to make sure the colour suited my skin tone. The result was natural and beautifully done. Overall, a great experience!

I am absolutely delighted with my nails! The manicure is flawless – the shape is perfect, the application is incredibly neat, and the colour is exactly what I wanted. Ina made my first lash lift an extremely comfortable and friendly experience. She was so calming and explained what she was doing throughout the process. Not to mention that the lift and tint came out beautifully, I am so happy with the service!

Leila was amazing. She was so lovely and did such an amazing job with my pedicure. I spend a lot of time in rugby boots so my feet can get quite tough, Leila reversed all that and did a great job treating them and doing my nails. She’s left me looking great and feeling confident !

Great experience today. Keira was lovely and did a fantastic job with my lashes. That’s the first time I’ve had a lash lift and tint where none of the product ended up in my eye! Highly recommend!
