Just had my first eyebrow waxing appointment with Ina. She was very professional and welcoming. After numerous failed appointments with other establishments, I expressed my concerns with Ina. She immediately made me feel at ease explaining she will map out my brows and show me during the process which I appreciated very much. Assured me if something was off, I could change it if needed.
