Charlie made me feel so welcome. She was friendly, chatty and calming, which helped ease my anxiety. She took the time to explain absolutely everything before, during and after the treatment including the filler itself, the numbing cream, aftercare, what to expect. I always look forward to having my hair done by Millie. She is such a lovely, polite lady who makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you sit in her chair. Had my eyelashes done for the first time today and I can't believe how amazing they look I would recommend for anyone to have this done. Ibtissam never fails me, I missed her while she was away but once again I can't be more pleased. Ibtissam has also done my microblading and lips I feel transformed 💓 not forgetting the amazing Wendy always there to ensure all the clients get the best possible treatments. My first time having lip filler, I've had the tiniest lips, top lip being non existent and as much as I've always wanted to have them done I were always too scared. Finally bit the bullet and I love them! Sian is amazing! Not only at what she does but as a person as well, I were so nervous but she took me talked through everything as she did it and really made me feel at ease. My only regret is not finding her sooner! Already can't wait to go for my top up! Thank you so much 🫶
