Charlie made me feel so welcome. She was friendly, chatty and calming, which helped ease my anxiety. She took the time to explain absolutely everything before, during and after the treatment including the filler itself, the numbing cream, aftercare, what to expect. I had my Botox treatment today and had a fantastic experience. Tina was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. The treatment itself was very quick and efficient without feeling rushed. I really appreciated how informative and reassuring she was throughout the appointment. Had my eyelashes done for the first time today and I can't believe how amazing they look I would recommend for anyone to have this done. Ibtissam never fails me, I missed her while she was away but once again I can't be more pleased. Ibtissam has also done my microblading and lips I feel transformed 💓 not forgetting the amazing Wendy always there to ensure all the clients get the best possible treatments.
