Absolutely love the new premises. As always having a treatment is a lovely relaxing experience. My skin is eternally grateful for Johanna’s knowledge and expertise in what she does and advice for post treatment care. Also when asking about other treatments the advice is given with no ‘hard sell.’ Johanna is 100% knowledgeable in her field. And the fact that she was a spinal nurse practitioner instills utter confidence in her abilities. Couldn’t ask for more from an aesthetics practitioner.

Yesterday I had my lips done with Charlie for the first time. It has been a while since I have had any lip filler and this was the most pain free I have experienced with anyone. I have woke up this morning to not one bit of bruising, something else I have never experienced before. Charlie was so lovely and very professional. Thankyou so much x

Rachel is just fantastic! Would recommend to anyone and everyone! I went for my usual three areas of Botox and added 0.5ml lip filler today and she understood exactly what I wanted and needed. She’s so knowledgeable with her treatments, after care and she gives the best skincare advice. Her clinic is spotless and so cosy! I couldn’t be more happy with the results and I’ll be booking treatments for as long as she practices! Thank you so much Rachel, you truly are amazing at what you do!!

Second visit. This time was not nervous at all due to such a positive first visit. Lips topped up (no pain) and crows feet and DOA done. Charlie is so lighthanded and professional and friendly.

Amazing First Experience With Rachel I had my lips done for the very first time today, and Rachel made the whole experience absolutely incredible. She was so professional, gentle, and genuinely nurturing from start to finish. She explained everything clearly, checked in with me throughout, and created such a calm, reassuring atmosphere that any nerves I had disappeared straight away. Sarah was INCREDIBLE!! Talked me through everything, showed me everything on the box of filler i had never seen with previous work from other practitioners that messed up my lips, looked at my lips and spoke to me about what she’s going to do regarding my previous work that i hasn't happy with & has completely fixed and transformed my lips! Was so kind and comforting throughout the appointment that i barely even felt the needle i was so relaxed! Will be returning for future work🥰

I have been coming to Rachel for a while now for my Botox, lip flip, brows and microneedling. which are perfect everytime. I have recently had a bio peel facial and my skin is so glowy, it looks and feels amazing. The whole experience was relaxing and just what i needed. Rachel explained every step of the facial as well as all the aftercare to ensure best results. I can’t wait for my next one!
