i was very nervous going in as this was the first time i had been going to see anyone about get some work done, but gosh right away i was put at ease straight away, Mel was a delight, and talked over all my options, and i went for it then , i could not spell what i had done, but it was on my forehead, and it was quite painless, again Mel was amazing talking during the 5 mins it took to do, In fact i am so pleased i cant wait to go back for my check up appointment in two week, In fact i feel i am confident enought to get some other treatment done also. So i would recommend Mel 100%
