Couldn’t have been better. As a trans woman going for my first ever salon experience I was of course nervous but she really made me feel welcome and chatted to me and made me feel like I belonged. The actual work itself was amazing too. She really took her time and I am so pleased with the result. I will definitely be going back again. Thank you so much!

Just had my first visit to this clinic after my friend recommended it, and it was amazing! The place is gorgeous and super clean. Daryl was really friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I'm already obsessed with my lips and can't wait to see what I want to do next!

I cannot thank Vicky enough. I turned up for the appointment at the wrong day without realising, but she kindly accomodated me at a later slot the same day instead of asking me to come when I had made the original booking. She was attentive to what I asked and catered to my needs perfectly. She was professional as well as friendly and easy to approach making my experience amazing. I will surely visit Rapunzels again in future.

It was my first time here today and I’m extremely happy with the service. I’m new to Plymouth/Plympton so finding a good salon was quite nerving as I’m fussy with my hair, also hadn’t had it seen to for a while so needed someone to work their magic. After reading their reviews I booked in straight away for a cut and blow dry. Tia is so lovely, she’s so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She knows her stuff. I’m looking forward to my next appointment. Definitely recommend!
