I’ve just had the most beautiful treatment “Grounding Like A Tree” this was so very needed, I instantly felt completely relaxed in Heathers room and drifted into deep, tranquil, peace. I highly recommend this grounding treatment to anyone who is feeling a little overwhelmed with life right now. I loved the meditation to start, the reflexology and finishing with Reiki, even though I was asleep for most of it, I was still aware of my surroundings. My mind switched off and it hasn’t for months, thank you so so much Heather 💜

Excellent massage and reflexology. It’s a lovely environment (I tend to feel less comfortable in home treatment rooms and thought the entente pics in the other reviews looked like a flat - but this is a standalone facility with its own entrance and feels like a salon). The massage table is epic - bigger than usual and with adjustable leg / upper body bits giving it a business class vibe! Jen is friendly and welcoming, and the reflexology and massage expertly done. You come out of there feeling taller and younger! Will definitely be back 😊

I have been going to Heather for reflexology monthly for quite a while now and also the occasional massage and I can highly recommend, Heather, Scrummy and their sanctuary home have such a beautiful healing energy and the treatments are divine
