This was my first reflexology experience, and the first time meeting Jenny. It was a great experience, I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout the treatment. The reflexology was amazing and I can highly recommend this treatment. For me, it was all about self-care and I took Jenny's advice to go home and relax rather than go shopping. Can't wait to book another treatment.

I can’t recommend Jenny enough. Every session feels like a complete reset. She has an incredible ability to melt my stress away, and I always leave feeling lighter, both physically and mentally.
