We have been coming to Michelle for years. Her treatments are amazing. My favourite treatment is the Reflex-age which includes a head, neck and shoulder message with foot reflexology. Pure bliss. My mum has hand reflexology which she thoroughly recommends 💞

Whole process 5 star. Krissy st Heeling Palms has great energy. Start to finish amd on going my experience left me floating on air, extremely relaxed. Ive experience reflexology before, but this was certainly another level, I went into meditation and so chilled and released lots afterwards. Literally can not wait for next visit! Highly recommend for all systems, reduce stress and make some space for the busy mind. Felt held and looked after and in very safe hands. Thank you Krissy.

I had reflexology and a hot stone massage with Cassie and it was brilliant. She’s so warm and easy to relax with, and the treatments felt amazing. The hot stone massage melted away every bit of tension, she always makes you feel really looked after. Would definitely recommend her.

Alex welcomed me back to her new, larger massage studio in Fareham. I had an hours sports massage where she gave me a full body session which helped with all my problems. I highly recommend Alex for her knowledge and friendly service.

I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

Krissy is an incredibly kind and compassionate person and the care I have received with her has been amazing. She has such a wealth of knowledge and skill and truly cares about her clients health and wellbeing. This is the first time I’ve had reflexology and I don’t think I’ve experienced something quite so relaxing before! On top of that, I have already had some positive changes! Krissy truly goes the extra mile for her clients which can be something that’s hard to find. I can’t sing her praises enough :)

I had my first session of duopody reflexology and my feet feel incredible. Krissy helped me feel very safe and comfortable in her calming space and the reflexology has removed a lot of tension in my feet that I didn’t know I was carrying. I’d chosen to try reflexology to help with my long term stress/ anxiety and panic and I left feeling relaxed and my feet feeling soft and grounded. Will definately be returning. Thank you Krissy!

First time having reflexology with Krissy. It was a really wonderful experience...Krissy was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. By the end of my treatment, I felt so chilled and floaty and could quite easily have gone to sleep. I've already booked in for my next session and would highly recommend her. We have been coming to Michelle for years and today was the first time in her new space. What can I say... WOW. The waiting area was absolutely stunning, as was the treatment room itself. I had the blissful back ritual and mum had a hand reflexology ritual and both of us came out feeling the most relaxed we have in a long time. I was desperate. Just returned from holiday with sun damaged skin especially around the eyes. I googled 'best facial in Fareham' and The Organic Treatment Company' was listed first. U had a wonderfully marvellous treatment, unfortunately I have been made so relaxed I cannot remember the lovely young lady's name (began with K)...she was wonderful. Can't recommend enough, the treatment and the products were so good I realised I hadn't asked the cost (like I said I was desperate) but was very pleasantly surprised that it cost no more than other mediocre facials I am now a firm regular.

Absolutely AMAZING.... got so relaxed, and as normal right near the end I fell asleep.... Krispy is so clever at finding new things to keep it with my body problems, and helpful with other ideas to help my body and mind... I would soo highly recommend Krissy for reflexology, im also going to ask her for some rekie soon, and ger prices are very reasonable, she has a little reduction for January and February.....
