Whole process 5 star. Krissy st Heeling Palms has great energy. Start to finish amd on going my experience left me floating on air, extremely relaxed. Ive experience reflexology before, but this was certainly another level, I went into meditation and so chilled and released lots afterwards. Literally can not wait for next visit! Highly recommend for all systems, reduce stress and make some space for the busy mind. Felt held and looked after and in very safe hands. Thank you Krissy.

Krissy is an incredibly kind and compassionate person and the care I have received with her has been amazing. She has such a wealth of knowledge and skill and truly cares about her clients health and wellbeing. This is the first time I’ve had reflexology and I don’t think I’ve experienced something quite so relaxing before! On top of that, I have already had some positive changes! Krissy truly goes the extra mile for her clients which can be something that’s hard to find. I can’t sing her praises enough :)

I had my first session of duopody reflexology and my feet feel incredible. Krissy helped me feel very safe and comfortable in her calming space and the reflexology has removed a lot of tension in my feet that I didn’t know I was carrying. I’d chosen to try reflexology to help with my long term stress/ anxiety and panic and I left feeling relaxed and my feet feeling soft and grounded. Will definately be returning. Thank you Krissy!

First time having reflexology with Krissy. It was a really wonderful experience...Krissy was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. By the end of my treatment, I felt so chilled and floaty and could quite easily have gone to sleep. I've already booked in for my next session and would highly recommend her. Absolutely AMAZING.... got so relaxed, and as normal right near the end I fell asleep.... Krispy is so clever at finding new things to keep it with my body problems, and helpful with other ideas to help my body and mind... I would soo highly recommend Krissy for reflexology, im also going to ask her for some rekie soon, and ger prices are very reasonable, she has a little reduction for January and February.....

Sarah was lovely. Amazing experience! Feel totally relaxed after my luxury facial which included a back and shoulder massage, Sarah applied just the right pressure. The products used smell divine. Have booked another. Highly recommend.

I had my first reflexology session with Krissy today and it was wonderful! I’d not heard of Duopody before, let alone had a session! I was trying to stay very present and enjoy every bit of it, but I did hear myself snore at one point, it was so relaxing! I thoroughly recommend Krissy and her treatments, she’s amazing!

I had my first reflexology appointment with Krissy at Heeling Palms Reflexology, and it was easily one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. Krissy is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled—she clearly knows her craft, and I could feel the positive effects of the session immediately. The space itself is beautifully decorated, warm, and inviting—like receiving a comforting hug after a long day. From start to finish, everything felt thoughtful and calming. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
