I’ve realised I’ve not had a proper massage before having this one from Paula. She managed to work into my areas of pain so well that in 30 mins my back and shoulders feel how they used to before the build up of tension. I went to Paula in a lot of pain after a week-long migraine, sinus infection and a foot injury and she, as always, took incredible, loving care of me. Such compassionate, professional and expert attention to detail with a great consultation at the beginning where I felt really heard, ensuring all my body's needs were met and I felt held and cared for throughout the treatment. Paula's training, commitment to her work, and her deep love for what she does and her clients shine through every time I come to visit her - I'm so grateful to have found such an incredible massage therapist. I had and initial sports therapy session and I can already feel the benefits. The environment was relaxed and friendly. I also appreciated how they made a point of explaining everything they were doing and why. I Would definitely recommend Fairway Therapies.

Absolutely AMAZING! I’ve had quite a few massages with Paula and each one is so amazing. Most recently I’ve had two buccal massages to try and help ease jar tension and they have been SO relaxing. I was a little apprehensive about having them as I’ve never had a massage like this but WOW every time I leave floating on a cloud. So relaxing, such a nice vibe and Paula is so lovely and welcoming, makes you feel right at ease!

Absolutely amazing! I'm with Paula at least once a month for the full body massage and decided to try the buccal massage today. What a treat! The difficult part was to stay awake. Deeply relaxing, made me feel so grounded and happy. 100% recommended.

Outstanding. As always. Met me, my body and my energy right where we were and provided me with everything I needed for release, relief and a real sense of coming home. Paula’s skill and expertise are next level, but it’s her intuition and wisdom, utilised moment by moment with such care, that do it for me. She finds things no one else could. New studio is great too, perfect temp and light and vibration. Professional, but you’re at home right away.

So far I had had several differnet treatments there's (reflexology, myafascial release and head and neck release) they have all been amazing and I can definitely feel a change in my body for the better. Amazing place and Kelly is wonderful

I had my first massage with Paula (I hadn’t had a massage at all in about 3yrs) and it was incredible. The atmosphere was so relaxing which was lovely, especially as I’m a naturally anxious person. The massage itself was amazing, the pressure was perfect and at the end, I felt like I could float home! I definitely recommend Paula for any massage treatments, you won’t regret it!!

I’ve visited Be.Well Nottingham many times and each session has been consistently excellent. The space is calm and welcoming, and the therapist is professional and knowledgeable, always tailoring the massage to my needs. I deal with spine and lower back issues, and they always manage to ease the pain and release tension. The deep tissue massage is intense but genuinely therapeutic. I leave feeling lighter, looser, and well cared for. Highly recommend!

So relaxing and peaceful. Paula really helped with some ongoing shoulder and neck issues I have and has definitely eased the burning pain I've been experiencing. I will definitely go back for more if these treatments. Worth every penny. Thank you.
