Nafisa was Amazing 🤩 with my girls having their ears pierced for the first time. Settled their nerves and really gentle. The price included a really Good choice of earrings . Loads of extra stuff so they can look after them well, a certificate and a fluffy toy! Great value x Any issues you can go straight back. Outstanding service as always.

She explained everything in a way that made her feel calm and confident, and you could tell she truly cared about making it a special moment. Emily was so lovely from start to finish - from squeezing us in to her busy day, to calming down my slightly nervous daughter. She took her time to explain all the stages of the ear piercing and carefully and meticulously reassured throughout. The end result was fab and fairly pain-free, I believe! I would highly recommend Emily for ear piercing. A beautiful job and a happy child 😁
