Very quick, very friendly service. Disabled friendly and accessible. Booked in for micro suction as suffering from vertigo. After checking my ears Ben said that they were all clear and no need for micro suction so I was only charged for an ear check. Great service and back to GP on Ben’s advice. Highly recommend

Ben, the person I saw was first class, after having had my ears syringed for over 40 years, I can honestly say he was one of the best. It is micro-suction, not flushing/syringing. it is in a purpose built annex in his garden , the equipment is clean and modern. talks to you first, makes sure you understand what he is going to do. My doctors gave me his card, as they no longer do ear clearing. I got an appointment for the next day. and all for £35. can't say more than that.

It was great. Went in with a blocked, painful ear and left being able to hear out of it again. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Ben was super nice and made sure that my ear got cleaned properly. 5/5 stars!

I arrived right on the time for my appointment and attended to promptly by reception nce I satisfied that I had filled out all the forms. Hannah took her time to explain the procedure to me and asked me all the questions relating to the built up wax in my right ear. All through the liposuction procedure, she kept keeping me updated from the less inflamed left ear to the very seriously blocked right ear. I felt no pain and I was all done in 29 minutes. Very friendly and professional.

Quick and efficient service supplied as always. Attend this clinic every six months or so as hearing aids cause too much ear wax to build up. Very friendly staff and always helpful.

Friendly greeting on arrival, appointment running on time. Had booked micro-earsuction only to be told it really wasn’t necessary. Reassuring to know that everything in my ears is all good. Converted to a check up appointment- so no hard sell for products or services that I don’t need. Excellent- would highly recommend.

Great experience. I have used Ben before for ear suction. He is so friendly , professional , puts you at ease and gets the job done so quickly and painlessly . Other practitioners I’ve used have caught my ears in the process and made it an uncomfortable procedure. Would definitely recommend Ben.

Over the moon with this place. Got a same day appointment with a blocked ear and left with both ears being taken care of by Hannah - so thankful. Michelle was really welcoming and very warm. I will certainly be coming back! Thanks guys.

Booked a microsuction. Ears checked and cleaned but as not as bad as I thought so the charge was downgraded to an ear check. Top service and friendly individuals. Highly recommend.

Booked for micro suction as my hearing didn’t feel quite right. Ben checked my ears & found I had previously had an infection which has now gone & advised to take a Sudafed type decongestant to clear anything remaining in the tubes connecting the nose & ears. I therefore was only charged £20 for an ear check! Thanks Ben, an honest, genuine person! 😊
