During my Consultant appointment with Millie, she made me feel heard, and welcome. Today I had my hair done and from start to finish I felt welcome. Millie did such a good job and I am so happy with the result. The apprentices were also very friendly and even when all was quiet, made themselves busy and were very hard working! As someone with ADHD and who suffers socially I felt very comfortable and I am grateful. Can't wait for the next appointment!

Always great to see Millie and always gives the best advice and I know I can leave it to her to do what’s best . Today I had a root retouch and a toner to tone down the blonde at the top that had lightened with the sun and blend in With the rest . Beautiful products , great drinks menu, lovely chats … it is the best place x thanks Millie x

Absolutely excellent, personalised, service. When you go to CODE the service you get is tailored to what you, the customer, want not what your stylist thinks you should have or what they are comfortable doing. The younger stylists are supported and encouraged to learn and develop their skills and there is a nice team atmosphere with stylists helping and advising one another. Personally, I think this salon is a little gem right in the heart of Oulton Broad. I am a very happy returning customer who highly recommends CODE!

This is without doubt the best hair salon in lowestoft from the moment you walk in there is a pleasant friendly atmosphere ,the salon itself is absolutely spotless the decor is very soft and it has a pleasant welcoming ambience about the place ,always friendly pleasant staff asking about you and how your days been really making you feel like a valued customer hot drinks or cold are always offered as soon as you walk in all in all a pleasant professional friendly salon nothing is to much trouble whoever is your stylist they always make you feel like the most important person in the world

Thank you so much to the team especially Laura whom went out of her way to see me on a bank holiday and another special thanks toMillie who colour corrected my hair when I thought I was a lost cause. Thank you to Scarlet for helping. Amazing colour knowledge at this salon and so warm and friendly towards me. Would highly recommend CODE in Oulton Broad.
