I've never had a perm before but I trusted Jenny with the process. She did a phenomenal job - she trimmed all the damaged ends of my hair, triple checked to make sure which kind of perm I wanted, washed my hair and did the whole job so seamlessly. I loved the look - will definitely come back for touch ups.

She’s amazing at communicating and really takes the time to understand what you want, which makes the whole experience feel comfortable and reassuring. I came here all the way from Vancouver Island to get Japanese hair straightening, and I can honestly say it was worth the trip! Harry knew exactly what I wanted for my hair and did an amazing job. Shima did an amazing job with my haircut. After I explained my request, he quickly understood and even found a matching reference picture. He worked efficiently, and the result suited me perfectly. At the end, he applied some hair wax and styled it a bit, which was a nice touch. This is the best haircut I’ve had in Vancouver, and both I and my family think it looks great!

Yumi was super! The staff were great too! The lady at the front desk welcomed me! Yumi was patient with me, and helped me find the right haircut that is suitable to my face shape, hair texture and my preferences. The hair wash alone was great! My haircut was fun, suitable to my daily wear and stylish. Yumi was cheerful, worked hard, is warm in personality and sincere. Wonderful people working here!

I recently got my first wave perm done by Sho, and the experience was smooth and professional. Sho took the time to walk me through the process, ensuring I knew what to expect and that I was comfortable with the style. The wave perm turned out well, with a natural look that fit what I was going for. Sho finished it off with a clean taper fade that pulled everything together nicely. Mii did an amazing job. I love my haircut and how healthy my hair felt after it. She ensured the length was what I wanted and provided insight to the nature of my hair. I also got a lash lift and was impressed with what a difference it made. Saeko explained the different curls and her advice was really great. I always love my experiences at i's and highly recommend going.

Makoto was awesome! I had signed up for the wrong perm for my lifestyle and she realized that in time and helped me figure out what would work. The chairs are so comfy, including the hair washing one - cause the bottom piece lifts before the back goes down, so the legs and back adjust properly. It was very relaxing, and it looks great!
