She did a phenomenal job - she trimmed all the damaged ends of my hair, triple checked to make sure which kind of perm I wanted, washed my hair and did the whole job so seamlessly. I loved the look - will definitely come back for touch ups.

May is such a sweetheart. She was so patient with me. She took time to discuss the best option for me. She undoubtedly has amazing skills. I met her first time yesterday and I am so impressed with her work. It took me 8 years to finally find someone with such amazing skills. Im going to be her permanent customer 100%. I always come back to Eco! Whether it’s a haircut or color, she’s been my favorite stylist in Vancouver. She’s amazing at communicating and really takes the time to understand what you want, which makes the whole experience feel comfortable and reassuring. It’s honestly so nice to have a stylist who truly gets you.

I came here all the way from Vancouver Island to get Japanese hair straightening, and I can honestly say it was worth the trip! Harry knew exactly what I wanted for my hair and did an amazing job. He was professional, attentive, and made sure the results turned out beautifully. I’m so happy with how smooth and straight my hair looks. I had the best haircut experience in Vancouver with Yuki! 💖 She was so gentle and respectful, always checking what I like and don’t like, making me feel completely comfortable. I also got a lovely scalp cleansing treatment and a super relaxing massage. 10/10 - highly recommend!

Yumi was super! The staff were great too! The lady at the front desk welcomed me! Yumi was patient with me, and helped me find the right haircut that is suitable to my face shape, hair texture and my preferences. The hair wash alone was great! My haircut was fun, suitable to my daily wear and stylish. Yumi was cheerful, worked hard, is warm in personality and sincere. Wonderful people working here!

I recently got my first wave perm done by Sho, and the experience was smooth and professional. Sho took the time to walk me through the process, ensuring I knew what to expect and that I was comfortable with the style. The wave perm turned out well, with a natural look that fit what I was going for. Sho finished it off with a clean taper fade that pulled everything together nicely. Mii did an amazing job. I love my haircut and how healthy my hair felt after it. She ensured the length was what I wanted and provided insight to the nature of my hair. I also got a lash lift and was impressed with what a difference it made. Saeko explained the different curls and her advice was really great. I always love my experiences at i's and highly recommend going.

I had a fantastic haircut from Mii! Mii was able to do the haircut I requested (adding layers + thinning out volume), and proactively checked to make sure I was happy with the style, hair length and thickness. She explained each step of the process, made helpful suggestions, and used special techniques to make sure my hair framed my face well. I am very satisfied with my new hair (ready for summer!), and it was such a nice overall experience! Thank you so much, Mii! :)
