I came here all the way from Vancouver Island to get Japanese hair straightening, and I can honestly say it was worth the trip! Harry knew exactly what I wanted for my hair and did an amazing job. He was professional, attentive, and made sure the results turned out beautifully. I’m so happy with how smooth and straight my hair looks. Minami was outstanding in her skills. She was also attentive with what I wanted and gave her valuable advice in the cutting style. She fixed my bleached hair that has grown out and dyed it the perfect shade of brown that I wanted. Highly recommend Minami in cutting and hair dying!

I had the best haircut experience in Vancouver with Yuki! 💖 She was so gentle and respectful, always checking what I like and don’t like, making me feel completely comfortable. I also got a lovely scalp cleansing treatment and a super relaxing massage. 10/10 - highly recommend!

Rika was a joy! Her consultation was thorough and attentive, and she made sure that we were both on the same page about all the details. I also loved that she gave recommendations about how we could tailor the cut to suit me specifically. She also gave styling tips and thoughtful answers to all my hair dilemma questions. Our session was full of laughter and great energy, and I'd come back in a heartbeat!

Days prior to our appointment our stylists messaged us for a consult asking about our current hair state and what we’d like to achieve. When we got there we were greeted warmly by our Mii (my hairstylist) and Yuki (Rb’s hairstylist). We both got a wash and blow dry and they consulted us with each step of the hair cut to make sure we were happy. Defo worth going to Richmond for this experience.

Minami helped me choose a hairstyle and color while carefully explaining everything along the way, which I really appreciated. She also showed me styling techniques and shared helpful tips. It had been a while since I changed my hairstyle, but it turned out so cute and I absolutely love it. I’d definitely love to come back again!

Yuri is very responsible, reached out a few days in advance to discuss the style and consult my hair’s condition. She also gave detailed directions to help me find the store. She is attentive and professional. The hair wash was very relaxing and the hair cut was great. Very good experience!

The experience here is amazing!! It was my first time being at a professional hair salon and I am super impressed with my new hair. My hair before looks boring w no style but thanks to Kana, she understood what I wanted and gave my hair a new life. Now I feel so confident with it. Yuki is always so gentle and takes her time to communicate with me on what style I would like. During the whole process, she would walk me through all the steps and making sure I am happy with the result. This is my third time having her to do my hair :) highly recommended!!
