Vivian is an amazing hairstylist! She is professional, friendly, and always a pleasure to see. She really listens to the style I prefer (something easy to manage) and gives thoughtful recommendations that actually work for my hair. Such a lovely experience coming in for a curly cut today. Yoshimi was amazing, taking time to listen to the style I liked (even though I had come unprepared with photos) and making sure my natural curls looked great. So grateful I found this hair salon. Thank you Yoshimi!

1st time with Perm Perm Hair (completed 3 perms at another businesse). It was a punctual start to appointment time and a peaceful working environment. Staff members were very professional and maintained open communication to ensure I was comfortable to proceed with each step of the process. Beverages such as water/coffee/tea were also offered which made it a satisfying experience. Overall very satisfied with my haircut and perm and will definitely be a returning customer!

Yoshimi is the best hairdressser I have had in 50 years!!! I have thin, greying hair but she cuts it in a way that gives it volume and vitality.

My time with Kay is always punctual, super hospitable, chilled and professional service. Always leave with beautiful hair and great product used for a lasting result at Kimsonyoung Strathfield. I travel in after work in the city because of Kay instead of the city branch.

My 2nd appointment at Perm Perm Hair. I was looked after by Jinny who was gentle and caring throughout the entire process. I showed her a picture and she really paid close attention to the details to make sure the result matched what I wanted. I’m very happy with how my perm turned out and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend!

I got perms done and I enjoyed the process. The staff is very friendly, they even offered me chocolates n coffee. It’s a nice place to get long hair procedures done as lots to eat around. Always wanted curls, got them finally and definitely enjoying.

I am a first time customer and very happy with the result. My hair was cut by Sophie. She was very attentive to my needs and gave me great advice. Easily the best hair cut experience I've ever had in Sydney. But sadly, I cannot give tips with my card. I will make sure I bring cash next time I come!

Luna did an amazing job with my down perm and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She was incredibly bubbly, sweet, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Her friendly personality even made me blush a few times 😅. Highly recommend Luna if you’re looking for someone talented who makes you feel comfortable and welcome!

Perm Perm Hair has never, ever let me down. They have over 10 years of experience so they always have a keen eye for what suits my face. I opted for a short ‘do for the first time in my life today, and the Boss whipped up a new style like there was no tomorrow. I JUST LOVE IT!!! A new me for a New Year! I wouldn’t recommend any other hairdresser in Sydney.
