1st time with Perm Perm Hair (completed 3 perms at another businesse). It was a punctual start to appointment time and a peaceful working environment. Staff members were very professional and maintained open communication to ensure I was comfortable to proceed with each step of the process. Beverages such as water/coffee/tea were also offered which made it a satisfying experience. Overall very satisfied with my haircut and perm and will definitely be a returning customer!

My 2nd appointment at Perm Perm Hair. I was looked after by Jinny who was gentle and caring throughout the entire process. I showed her a picture and she really paid close attention to the details to make sure the result matched what I wanted.
