1st time with Perm Perm Hair (completed 3 perms at another businesse). It was a punctual start to appointment time and a peaceful working environment. Staff members were very professional and maintained open communication to ensure I was comfortable to proceed with each step of the process. Beverages such as water/coffee/tea were also offered which made it a satisfying experience. Overall very satisfied with my haircut and perm and will definitely be a returning customer!

I travelled to lidcombe for the first time just for a haircut! It’s abit pricy, however the customer service was so so good. Ann gave me really good feedback and suggestions, you can just tell she’s experienced as she knew what would suit me and what wouldn’t. I will def recommend this place ((: staff so nice

My 2nd appointment at Perm Perm Hair. I was looked after by Jinny who was gentle and caring throughout the entire process. I showed her a picture and she really paid close attention to the details to make sure the result matched what I wanted. I’m very happy with how my perm turned out and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend!

I got perms done and I enjoyed the process. The staff is very friendly, they even offered me chocolates n coffee. It’s a nice place to get long hair procedures done as lots to eat around. Always wanted curls, got them finally and definitely enjoying.

Luna did an amazing job with my down perm and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She was incredibly bubbly, sweet, and made the whole experience enjoyable.
