I love coming here to get my lashes done. She does my lashes perfect every time. The studio is so relaxing and calm, it’s the only time I get to switch off. If I’m not sleeping during my appointment we are laughing and yapping. The best lash tech I have ever been to. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes. Thank you for the amazing service as always 💖

First time getting my lashes done in London and I’m so happy I found Zoe! I’m from Nottingham and decided literally last minute to book in, and she did not disappoint. Zoe is so friendly and professional, and she absolutely ate with my lashes 😍 I’m obsessed with how they’ve turned out. Would 100% recommend anyone looking to get their lashes done to book with her. Absolutely amazing couples massage! My boyfriend and I booked a 1-hour full-body deep tissue massage for his birthday, and we loved every minute. Aisha and Bhumi were so kind, welcoming and informative, especially with aftercare advice. I was so relaxed I think I fell asleep about 10 times! 😂 The screen between us was perfect, with calming rain sounds, candles and dim lighting creating such a peaceful atmosphere. Herbal tea at the end was a lovely touch. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and like life was worth living again! 😂❤️ 100% recommend, I’ll definitely be back for my own BDAY!

My first time at beauty Lab and first time getting my brows laminated. What a difference it makes to my face. Shagol was amazing, she made me feel comfortable as I was very nervous with it being my first time. I also had a facial to deep cleanse my skin which was so relaxing I could have fallen asleep. I had a very good experience getting my eyelash extensions. The staff are very polite, and I felt comfortable during the appointment. The lash technician helped me decide what style I want and gave me recommendations based on my eye shape and size. She was efficient and the results are amazing. I would definitely recommend.

First experience getting brow lamination and eyelashes. Experience was great, Sandrine answers all my questions that I asked being a newbie. And was very professional and helpful and gave great tips and advise and aftercare. Highly recommend and will be back. My brows and lashes look amazing and love them makes me look so different from previously.

Elvira has been amazing. I’ve had several treatments with her, including a chemical peel, microneedling, and eyebrow shaping, and every experience has been exceptional. She always provides thorough aftercare instructions as well as personalised skincare advice. Her knowledge is great, and she really takes the time to understand my skin and recommend treatments that will achieve the best results. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I had a great manicure/pedicure and eyebrow thread with Dami. She was patient with me taking time to pick colours and provided a great service. Milu did an excellent haircut and I’m super happy with it! I want to also commend the staff on how they dealt with a very difficult and rude customer at the time. All staff were calm, polite and professional trying their best to deal with the situation and Milu defused it. I have to say, I was shocked with how disrespectful this customer was to the staff- wholly undeserved! I’ll certainly be back for great service!
