Kitty was so kind and professional. The manicure, pedicure, eyebrow and ear waxing that she did were all very well done and I enjoyed the services. I would highly recommend her services and will definitely visit the salon again for services next time I'm in London.

Ash was great — I came for a BIAB manicure and pedicure, and somehow managed to convince my husband to have his first ever Russian manicure and pedicure too. He came in stressed, slightly suspicious, and only doing it to make me happy… but left looking like a polished gentleman. 😂 Honestly, men deserve nice hands and feet too — no stigma, just self-care! We both loved the service, the attention to detail was brilliant, and we’ll definitely be back

The massage was really good this time! There was just enough pressure. :) It paid off to tell the masseuse to put more pressure than last time. I felt sleepy the same evening and the morning after, but I think that’s normal.

After many disappointing trips to various different hairdressers in SE London, Hermine really took care of my hair today, and I am truly grateful. I have stubborn grey roots that can be challenging to touch up correctly, but she persisted and she checked in with me every step of the way, ensuring that I left the salon feeling happy. Rita gave me a really great massage. She understood my body well and could tell exactly where I was holding stress. She worked with such care and helped ease out a lot of the pain. I felt properly looked after, like she knew what my body needed. I’ll definitely go back again.

Agata was brilliant- she was patient, helpful and gave a very professional and thorough deep tissue massage. I had woken in the morning and found i had lots of pain behind my shoulder blade and up my neck. Agata explained what she could do to best help given image freshness of the pain and also gave me advice for exercises to do at home. My shoulder was much improved by later that day after seeing her so I woukd highly recommend and I will most definitely look to book back in with her when I'm next back in Blackheath.
