Emma was excellent. She kindly, gently, and professionally explained the nail treatment in detail and clearly. She was very meticulous in her work, and we enjoyed some nice conversations as well. My nails look fabulous, and they were well cared for throughout the process. Thank you, Emma! This has been the best nail experience I've had in Chester for a long time. I highly recommend it.

I first went to TBV just after COVID - now it’s my go-to. I’ve had all kinds of waxing and laser too. Yvonne is amazing! She’s professional, but also puts you at ease. Quick and efficient, and the results are always fab. Would highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else in Chester for waxing. Thanks Yvonne and team!

I have been having my lashes done for about 14 years and when I moved to Chester last year I struggled to find someone new…until I met Caitlin. I absolutely adore her as a person, I love my lashes and I look forward to our appointments. She is a superstar 💕

I always book my eyebrow wax and tints here, it’s such a friendly atmosphere and lovely place. The service is always on time and always look fabulous. I would recommend this to friends and family.

I have been having my nails done by Rebecca for a few months now and, after trying most salons in Chester, I can honestly say this place is the best. The attention to detail and care taken over each nail is impressive. I can’t go anywhere else now as the quality here is amazing!

This is my first visit to The Brow Job salon the women are friendly and professional. Amy has worked her magic on my brows and lashes I’m already booked for the next appointment.

I had the best experience with Anna at Kalma salons Chester. I booked in for a nail tidy-up and a pedicure, and the whole appointment was absolutely amazing from start to finish. very very deep massage, felt every knot losening up. Will definetly come back! So far the best massage I had in Chester.

I’ve been coming here for micro blading brows fir approx 4 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My appointments are with Amy who makes the experience really chilled & relaxing & so lovely. Had such a lovely time here and would highly recommend to everyone. I came here for a full leg and Hollywood wax. Fantastic. Collette was absolutely amazing to talk to and was very efficient with the treatment. I felt super comfortable the whole time. I will definitely be coming back here for any future treatments.

Loved my visit to the new calma salons in Chester!! Jemima did my nails & they are PERFECT, she was really lovely & the salon is beautiful! Would highly recommend!

Always always 5 star. I actively travel some distance just for the service and quality at the brow job. The whole team are just so lovely, and there’s nowhere that can look after my brows like them.
