Emma was excellent. She kindly, gently, and professionally explained the nail treatment in detail and clearly. She was very meticulous in her work, and we enjoyed some nice conversations as well. My nails look fabulous, and they were well cared for throughout the process. Thank you, Emma! This has been the best nail experience I've had in Chester for a long time. I highly recommend it.

I first went to TBV just after COVID - now it’s my go-to. I’ve had all kinds of waxing and laser too. Yvonne is amazing! She’s professional, but also puts you at ease. Quick and efficient, and the results are always fab. Would highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else in Chester for waxing. Thanks Yvonne and team!

I have been having my lashes done for about 14 years and when I moved to Chester last year I struggled to find someone new…until I met Caitlin. I absolutely adore her as a person, I love my lashes and I look forward to our appointments. She is a superstar 💕

I always book my eyebrow wax and tints here, it’s such a friendly atmosphere and lovely place. The service is always on time and always look fabulous. I would recommend this to friends and family.

I have been having my nails done by Rebecca for a few months now and, after trying most salons in Chester, I can honestly say this place is the best. The attention to detail and care taken over each nail is impressive. I can’t go anywhere else now as the quality here is amazing!

This is my first visit to The Brow Job salon the women are friendly and professional. Amy has worked her magic on my brows and lashes I’m already booked for the next appointment.

I had the best experience with Anna at Kalma salons Chester. I booked in for a nail tidy-up and a pedicure, and the whole appointment was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Finally found a great salon in Chester ❤️ Charlie was such a good company and professional!

very very deep massage, felt every knot losening up. Will definetly come back! So far the best massage I had in Chester.

I have never had a better LVL than with Mol. She was super speedy with such attention to detail and the most lovely lady ever. I could never feel uncomfortable in her presence or appointments and would recommend her to EVERYONE. Best LVL lady in Chester without a shadow of a doubt.
