I first went to TBV just after COVID - now it’s my go-to. I’ve had all kinds of waxing and laser too. Yvonne is amazing! She’s professional, but also puts you at ease. Quick and efficient, and the results are always fab. Would highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else in Chester for waxing. Thanks Yvonne and team!

Emma was excellent. She kindly, gently, and professionally explained the nail treatment in detail and clearly. She was very meticulous in her work, and we enjoyed some nice conversations as well. My nails look fabulous, and they were well cared for throughout the process. Thank you, Emma! This has been the best nail experience I've had in Chester for a long time. I highly recommend it.

I have been having my nails done by Rebecca for a few months now and, after trying most salons in Chester, I can honestly say this place is the best. The attention to detail and care taken over each nail is impressive. I can’t go anywhere else now as the quality here is amazing!

I had a pedicure with Anna. It was honestly one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. Anna really took her time, was very gentle and my feet were buttery soft at the end of the treatment. I will definitely be back. It was my first time at Calma and I thought it was a beautiful, warming & welcoming environment.

I had such a wonderful experience getting a pedicure with Tara! She kindly fitted both myself and my mum in at the very last minute, and we couldn’t have been more grateful. From the moment we arrived, Tara was so welcoming, warm, and professional — she made us feel completely at ease. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and she took great care to ensure we were both comfortable throughout. Our pedicures turned out beautifully, and the whole experience felt like a real treat. Thank you, Tara, for your kindness and for going out of your way to accommodate us — we’ll definitely be back!

Catherine is excellent at pedicures and manicures. She advises such good colours for me for my toes and nails and I love her nail varnish. The finish is really good. I recommend Catherine - I haven’t had any other treatments yet.
