Mel is magic. Completely exceeded my expectations. I usually am really nervous when it comes to getting my hair done, but she made it such a wonderful experience. I felt very well taken care of. Im so confident with Rosie..i let her decide whats best for me. Today went for a full colour, cut, treatment and blow. We thought of a colour - i was fine. Then so sweetly she came back and advised something more vibrant - Rosie always gives you the best advice. Today i was very impressed with the lady who did my eyebrows. Thank you xx

Took my 7 year old in for a wash cut and blow today which was very reasonable at £25.00 but gave £30 with a tip. Looked great but the only criticism I had was there was no communication the whole time we were in there. When you go to a hairdressers especially in the middle of Loughton or any Essex high street you expect a friendly hairdresser that talks to you. There was no communication with me or my child for the whole appointment, just silence. I would come back again but I’d prefer to be spoken to.

I've been going to Kate for over 10 years. Both Kate and Rozi are amazing. Rozi as always gives me great advice and I trust her totally. I always walk away looking great. No one else touches my hair. Colour cut and Blowdry always perfect!
