I had my hair cut this afternoon by Rosie and couldn't be happier with the result. Rosie was very friendly, professional, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She did a fantastic job bringing my tired hair back to life – it feels and looks so much healthier and refreshed. The whole experience was lovely from start to finish. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Thank you, Rosie and the team – I will definitely be returning!

I went to see Anna for reflexology and facial reflexology. What an amazing experience, I think I floated out on a cloud. From the moment I walked into her beautiful, calm treatment room, I felt relaxed. Anna is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, she put me at ease from the very start. This was not just reflexology, it was another level. I highly recommend both these treatments, I will be back for more soon.

By Allah, there are not enough compliments that I could give for my dear Brother Ramiz. He is one of the most tremendous people I have ever met. Took my 7 year old in for a wash cut and blow today which was very reasonable at £25.00 but gave £30 with a tip. Looked great but the only criticism I had was there was no communication the whole time we were in there. When you go to a hairdressers especially in the middle of Loughton or any Essex high street you expect a friendly hairdresser that talks to you. There was no communication with me or my child for the whole appointment, just silence. I would come back again but I’d prefer to be spoken to.

Such a lovely experience with Anna. It was my first Reiki session and it felt amazing. Anna was so kind explaining everything to me about what to expect. I also had a card reading which was wonderful.
