Stephanie is THE NICEST hairdresser I have ever come across, she is hilarious, kind, detailed and so welcoming. It was my first time visiting Callah Crowns, I am very much a beginner in weaves but Stephanie made sure to explain things to me, she asked me questions on my preferences and was extremely thorough in her work. She is so talented and I have walked out of there with a smile on my face as if I had a long chat with an old friend. As a 1st time client wow, wow. From the time I was checked it was 5 star service. The girls are so welcoming and really know their stuff about colour, hair styles and extenisons. Alex and Alison are fantastic at colours and colouring . Chloe was lovely and very knowledgable about extensions and what would suit me and my hair All in All if its pamper you want, its pamper you will get with Elite Hair Extensions. Paola's work is fantastic, and she's an absolute sweetheart. I wasn't sure what I wanted. She took my vague descriptions, offered options, and checked in regularly, resulting in a better cut and style than I thought was possible for me. I clammed up on the general questions I wanted to ask, but she took the lead to ask about my hair care routine and gave great advice to improve it. At the end, she walked me through the styling process so I can do it at home. For years, haircuts have felt like a chore where they want me out of the chair ASAP. This felt like a spa day for me and my curls

I cannot rate this salon enough. I came in here after having my hair destroyed by bleach, after wearing a wig for a month Shemiah fixed my colour up beautifully and Jan made me feel beautiful again. This was my second time around today and my hair is in so much better condition thanks to Jan and the team. You are literally treated like a VIP from the moment you walk into Elite. From fresh pastries to prosecco, this isn't just a hair appointment, it's an experience. There's nothing that can make you feel more special than a day of craic and beautiful hair in Elite. I actually don’t know where to start. Jadine is without shadow of a doubt a highly skilled lady who delves deep into women’s hair loss. She takes in each lady individually and brings them on a journey they never ever experienced before. I would travel to the ends of the earth just for her to do my hair mesh integration. She’s calming, understanding, knowledgeable with all things hair loss and most of all takes her time to cater for all of our individual requirements. Jadine has changed my life !!!!
