Niva (Tracey) class was amazing yesterday! To see how you work and also learn new tips was a great opportunity. Thank you for making everyone feel so safe in one space. Best hair care experience I've received in 5 years since I came to BIM. I have 4c natural hair and that is uncommon on the island. I was pampered and well taken care of. The braids were not painful and I fell asleep on the chair. She was polite, helpful, and overall stellar customer service plus top notch braiding skills. Gonna be recommending everywhere I go.

Great as usual

This was my first time here and I was comfortable. I never felt like a first timer and everything that was done to my hair was explained to me in full detail which I love. My hair didn't take as long as I had anticipated and that made me very happy. Overall I would rate this experience a 10/10 and I would recommend her to others.
