Niva (Tracey) class was amazing yesterday! To see how you work and also learn new tips was a great opportunity. Thank you for making everyone feel so safe in one space. Best hair care experience I've received in 5 years since I came to BIM. I have 4c natural hair and that is uncommon on the island. I was pampered and well taken care of. The braids were not painful and I fell asleep on the chair. She was polite, helpful, and overall stellar customer service plus top notch braiding skills. Gonna be recommending everywhere I go.

Very pleasant, welcoming. Checks in to see how your hair is feeling as it is being braided. Overall great experience.

Sasha was very professional and pleasant. She pinned my hair in less than 30 minutes. Would recommend to anyone.

This was my first time here and I was comfortable. I never felt like a first timer and everything that was done to my hair was explained to me in full detail which I love. My hair didn't take as long as I had anticipated and that made me very happy. Overall I would rate this experience a 10/10 and I would recommend her to others.
